Service Description

In this private session, either in-person or virtual, we will review and finalize legal and holistic documents. Butterfly Passage professional support ensures clarity and completeness in creating and managing crucial end-of-life paperwork: Advance Directives - Living Will and Health Care Proxy Selection, Understanding Well Aging Plans and a Family Meeting with a supportive presence to relay final wishes. A Peace of mind Plan will be offered at a reduced rate of $145 within this session, regularly $497. Your Care Consultation session can be anywhere from 4-6 two-hour meetings with a two-hour minimum at $125 an hour. All paperwork will be documented, checked and signed/notarized.
